Happy Halloween!

1. Daylight Saving Time, in the words of my american friends, sucks ass. Before it kicked in, it used to get dark at 6pm. Now we have to wind our clocks back one hour, so it gets dark at 5pm. WHY? I do not and refuse to understand this insane concept. Who cares about earlier sunrises, since we're all going to sleep through them ANYWAY?
   
   
2. I attended my first halloween party! I didn't dress up particularly fancy because I only decided to go twenty minutes before the party started, but its still fun to put on funny outfits and see everyonee else's outfit! There was this bunch of local girls that came as dressed up like Christina Aguilera, Mya, Pink and Li'l Kim were in the Lady Marmalade video, and they were SO sexy! Not exactly like the girls in the video, but the same style, The outfits were PERFECT, the makeup was PERFECT, garters and sparkles and satin and corsets and all, and they had the slutty dance moves to go with it all! They were so much fun to watch, seriously. If I had legs like they did, I'd dress up like that for Halloween every year. :D
   
   
3. I didn't have anything special to go as, so I put on this red top with white polka-dots that I have, black tights, and went as a clown. Though my friend said I looked more like Pucca than a clown. An Indian Pucca - WTF? Pictures at the end of this post, people!!
   
   
4. I haven't heart Tauba, Tumhaare Yeh Ishaare for SO long! It just randomly came on on my mp3 player and I went all giggly and melty because I haven't heard it for soo long! Yay for nice music.
   
   
5. There's another Guju girl in the hall, and she went to visit her aunt today and came back with loads of Guju goodies! I had a cube of haandva and a spoonful of shrikhand and YAY. :) Its nice to eat a bit of Guju food!
   
   
6. Woo, I just went to carve a Halloween pumpkin! Like a jack-o-lantern thingy! Heh. Its so fun to imagine the pumpkin to be the head of someone who pisses you off and just rip into it with the knife!! XD Much fun, much fun. :D
   
   
7. Progress made on essay-writing: Minimal. *weepyweepy* I must work on the damn things! Churning out 4 4,000 word essays is no joke! *flips window back to PDF paper*

The last few shots before we turned in for the night. Sadly, this is the ONLY shot in which you can see my black tights. I LOVE BLACK TIGHTS! THey're so fun! I'm going to bring them back to Singapore and wear them with miniskirts, I don't care how retarded it looks for Singaporean weather. WHen my legs are nice and warm in the LTs, then you will laugh. VIVA LA BLACK TIGHTS.
